ROLE SUMMARY The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the maintenance, condition, and cost management of all fleet vehicles and pest control equipment. This role ensures preventative maintenance is completed on time, tracks repair needs from inspections, handles vendor coordination, and provides financial and operational reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and flexible, with the ability to cross-train on other logistics functions. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Preventative Maintenance Coordination - monitor and track scheduled maintenance for all fleet vehicles, ensuring timely service and minimal disruption to operations. Inspection Issue Resolution - track and follow up on issues identified during weekly vehicle walk-around inspections; coordinate necessary repairs. Equipment Maintenance Management - oversee the repair and upkeep of pest control equipment to ensure safety and performance. Vendor & Shop Coordination - communicate and schedule services with mobile vendors, shops, and external service providers to complete required work. Fleet & Equipment Condition Reporting - maintain up-to-date knowledge and documentation on the current condition of all vehicles and equipment. Reporting & Documentation - compile and deliver accurate reports to supervisors, including maintenance logs, inspection summaries, and compliance updates. Monitor Field Compliance – ensure that all service professionals and managers are completing their weekly inspections. Invoice Tracking & Financial Analysis - track and reconcile invoices for maintenance and repairs. Assist with basic financial analysis to identify cost trends and savings opportunities. Emergency Response Coordination : Manage and respond to emergency situations, such as vehicle breakdowns or accidents, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption to operations. Cross Training : Understand and offer assistance to team members across the other logistic systems and operations. Requirements and Qualifications: High School Degree or equivalent preferred Experience in fleet or equipment logistic, vendor coordination, or maintenance tracking preferred Ability to learn and navigate multiple software user interfaces Ability to interpret and track financial information such as invoices and cost repairs Positive, energetic personality who desires a fast paced, high growth environment Ability to self-manage their time and prioritize many projects at once Excellent communicator with a positive and sympathetic attitude Good understanding of Excel WHAT WE OFFER Medical insurance with subsidized premiums for employees and enrollees.
