Logistics Coordinator (Entry-Level) Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support multiple functions within our Global Logistics team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow within supply chain and logistics. You will play a key role in coordinating shipments, tracking product flow, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring seamless communication across internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for internal Shipping & Receiving, providing cross-trained backup support as needed Coordinate factory departures, freight bookings, and inbound shipments to distribution centers Schedule and manage deliveries and pickups with warehouse teams Track product movement from origin to final delivery using web-based logistics systems Proactively identify and resolve shipment or service issues, communicating updates to internal stakeholders Prepare and manage import/export documentation and invoicing File and track claims for lost or damaged goods Maintain regular communication with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners Support logistics needs for samples and promotional materials Update and maintain logistics databases, scorecards, and tracking tools Monitor warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory accuracy Required Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with Microsoft D365 and/or similar logistics or ERP systems preferred Basic understanding of supply chain processes (inventory, warehouse operations, transportation) Strong organizational and data entry skills with high attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Comfortable working with databases and logistics tracking systems Preferred Attributes Problem-solver with a proactive mindset Strong systems aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally Experience Level Entry-Level (1–2 years of relevant experience preferred) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
