Key Responsibilities Include Managing shipment schedules and tracking deliveries to ensure timely arrivals Communicating with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate logistics activities Preparing and processing shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork Maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities Resolving transportation issues and troubleshooting delays to minimize disruptions Assisting in inventory management and warehouse coordination as needed The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite.
