Share Share Email Post Share Summary/Objective ES Integrated is a leading facility services company dedicated to delivering high-quality service while prioritizing safety and environmental responsibility and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to join our Site and Civil team. The Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all transportation, fleet, dispatch, yard, and compliance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Essential Functions Manage daily dispatch operations Ensure on-time pickup and delivery performance Oversee route planning and load optimization Monitor driver hours, availability, and scheduling Review and approve Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documents Oversee hazardous material compliance Maintain accurate records and inspection documentation Communicate with operations, project managers, and clients Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise dispatchers, drivers, and yard staff Conduct performance reviews and training Enforce company safety policies Resolve service disruptions and escalations Certifications/Training/ Licensure 30 Hour OSHA (preferred but will train) MSHA (required but will train) Class A CDL (Preferred) 40-HR HAZWOPER (Preferred but will train) Required Eligibility Qualifications 1+ Years Management Experience in the Environmental or Industrial Field High School diploma or equivalent Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records Clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator's license (Required) Must be able to pass a background check Physical Demands Must Be Able To Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time Able to carry industrial hoses (up to 60 lbs.) up and down multiple flights of stairs Ability to work in varying (extreme) temperatures, depending upon season Must complete all pre and post training including safety, new hire, and regulatory Hours of Work Shift work, flexible schedules and 24/7 on-call availability (varies by division and job) Typical week will consist of Monday – Friday, 8-10 hours per day (varies by division and job) Travel Must have reliable transportation to be able to commute to job site each day.
