Redefine Meals is a rapidly growing meal prep and food production company dedicated to delivering fresh, high-quality meals to our customers. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a hands-on Logistics Supervisor to lead and optimize our delivery operations. The Logistics Supervisor will oversee daily transportation and distribution operations, including route planning, fleet management, and product loading/unloading processes. This role requires a strong leader who can manage drivers and warehouse staff while ensuring efficient, on-time deliveries across Long Island, NYC and Upstate NY. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Routing & Distribution Plan and optimize daily delivery routes for efficiency, cost, and on-time performance Monitor route execution and adjust in real-time as needed Ensure all deliveries meet company standards and timelines Fleet Management Oversee company vehicles, including maintenance scheduling and compliance Track vehicle performance, fuel usage, and driver safety Ensure all drivers meet company and regulatory requirements Warehouse & Loading Operations Supervise loading and unloading of delivery vehicles Ensure proper handling of products, including temperature-sensitive items Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Team Leadership Manage, train, and supervise drivers and logistics staff Enforce company policies, safety standards, and performance expectations Address performance issues and implement corrective actions when needed Performance & Compliance Track key metrics (on-time delivery, route efficiency, labor utilization) Ensure compliance with food safety, transportation, and company policies Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency Qualifications 3–7+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution management CDL License (A OR B) Valid DOT Medical card Strong experience with route planning and optimization Experience managing a fleet of vehicles (box trucks or CDL preferred) Experience supervising drivers and warehouse teams Comfortable with hands-on loading/unloading operations up to 50LBS Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficiency in Excel or logistics/routing software
