We are seeking professional, attentive, and customer-focused Bartenders, Waiters, and Waitresses to join our hospitality team. As a representative of our agency, you will be placed at various client venues where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding the standards of hospitality excellence. Opportunities will vary from buffets and stations, table service, and cocktail-style. Job Description Salary : $19 - $21 Key Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner. Provide detailed information on menu items. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Ensure tables/stations are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns. Process payments accurately and follow proper cash or card handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas. Follow venue-specific service protocols and safety regulations. Work collaboratively with team members, kitchen staff, and management. Qualifications Job Requirements: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred. Professional appearance and demeanor. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
