Duties Provide attentive childcare for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, feeding, diapering, and nap routines to promote healthy development Engage children in educational and recreational activities that stimulate learning and creativity Maintain a clean and organized environment through regular cleaning duties to ensure health standards are met Administer basic first aid when necessary, following proper protocols to address minor injuries or health concerns Support individuals with disabilities by assisting with personal care tasks, mobility, and daily living activities Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences while encouraging good eating habits Foster positive relationships through effective communication, patience, and active engagement in caregiving tasks Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting or nannying roles is highly preferred Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and developmental activities Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods Familiarity with basic caregiving skills such as first aid certification and CPR training (preferred) Hands-on experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Join us in creating a nurturing environment where children thrive and individuals receive the compassionate care they deserve.
