Key Responsibilities Underwrite loss mitigation applications in compliance with guidelines and company policies Conduct thorough analyses, including Verification of Income and calculating debt-to-income ratios Document final decisions and maintain compliance with all applicable regulations Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Two to three years of underwriting or servicing/loss mitigation experience
