Lounge Concierge

Lounge Attendant (Events & Guest Experience Focus) Root’d in the 510 is seeking a high-energy, computer-savvy Lounge Attendant to support our cannabis consumption lounge and event space. This role goes beyond basic customer service — we are looking for someone who can help set up events, follow up on inquiries, and confidently handle administrative and digital tasks. This is an evening position with required weekend availability. We keep active listings posted on Indeed on an ongoing basis to review incoming applications and maintain interest in future opportunities. We ask interested applicants to reapply every 3 months if they would still like to be considered for open positions. Schedule Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Thursday through Sunday availability required Evening shifts only (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM or later) Some shifts will require working until 1:00 AM Must be available to work weekends — no exceptions Key Responsibilities Greet and check-in lounge guests while verifying age and compliance Ensure all required lounge forms are completed and documented in Treez Monitor lounge floor to maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance Assist with cannabis product education and usage guidance Support lounge event setup and breakdown Follow up on event inquiries and rental leads in a timely, professional manner Support rental counter operations and manage accessory inventory Process POS transactions and handle cash accurately Maintain lounge and restroom cleanliness throughout shifts Technical & Administrative Skills Required Must be computer savvy and comfortable learning systems Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required Canva experience strongly preferred Ability to draft clear written responses to event inquiries Comfortable using POS systems (Treez experience is a plus) Ideal Candidate Upbeat, engaging, and welcoming personality Strong organizational and follow-through skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced lounge and retail environment Knowledge of cannabis products and lounge etiquette Comfortable working late-night shifts in an active social setting If you are not available Thursday–Sunday evenings or cannot work late-night shifts, this position will not be a fit.
