Job Description

Our new consumption lounge is seeking DIshwasher/bussers Part-Time Summary The Dishwasher/Busser contributes to the essential responsibilities of the lounge department, ensuring compliance with state and Planet 13 standards. Maintains the integrity and cleanliness of all devices, apparatuses, glassware, tables, and bar within the consumption lounge, assists the FOH team with clearing and bussing of tables within the consumption lounge. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Support essential back-of-house tasks in the consumption lounge department, including device/apparatus upkeep/maintenance and dishwashing. Adhere to health and food safety standards. Bus all tables/seats within the consumption lounge in accordance with standard operating procedures Keep all lounge equipment, devices, and apparatuses clean. Maintain cleanliness in the back-of-house area and workstations. Facilitate dishwashing and sanitation for glassware, devices, accessories, and silverware. Perform daily opening and closing procedures. Ensure compliance with state and company standards, including inventory control procedures. Comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards. Promptly report all issues to management. Maintain daily compliance with company policies, including state/local regulation adherence, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all company policies regarding dress code, personal hygiene, and appearance. Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
