Company Overview Heritage of Edina Assisted Living Facility has been providing compassionate care for over 64 years.Our facility offers a supportive environment with on-site HHA and nursing staff available 24/7, ensuring that residents receive the highest level of care tailored to their individual needs.We believe in our creed of Reverence for Life, which guides our daily interactions with residents.Summary We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our team at Heritage of Edina Assisted Living Facility.In this role, you will oversee nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.Your leadership will be vital in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for those we serve.Responsibilities Your duties would include monitoring residents, documenting observations and changes in patients' condition, taking and following through with physicians' orders, and collaborating with health team members to facilitate positive patient care.You would be working closely with the RN Case Manager and other LPN and HHA staff.Dependability, good documentation, the ability to work independently, and good organizational skills are required for this position.We have a lot of longevity here at Heritage of Edina.Nurses, CNAs, Activities, Dietary, every department have many staff working here for 10-20 or more years.I'm the director of nursing, and I'll have worked here for 30 years as of October of 2026.Our staff stays because Heritage cares about their employees and their residents.It's truly a wonderful place to work!
