This is an excellent opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse seeking a balanced work-life schedule while making a meaningful difference in residents' lives. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and regulatory standards Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support Document care provided and maintain accurate resident records Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive resident care Uphold safety and infection control protocols at all times Skills and Qualifications: Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida Prior experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including some weekends Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems are a plus At Grand Villa of New Port Richey, we foster a culture of respect, growth, and teamwork.
