Southern Health Partners Inc seeks an LPN Medical Team Administrator to deliver and coordinate quality healthcare services within correctional facilities. In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care, administer medications, support chronic disease management, and assist with intake screenings and sick calls. You will also help oversee clinical workflows, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure compliance with state, facility, and SHP policies. Working within a collaborative, supportive team, you’ll promote safety, contribute to staff communications, and positively impact incarcerated patients’ health and well‑being.
