As a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN) working our night shift, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and support. Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care to patients with a focus on their unique recovery journey Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nurse supervisor Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Participate in patient education and discharge planning Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment Requirements: Must be a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN) with a valid license 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)
