LPN Nurse - Night Shift

Southern Health Partners Inc is seeking a compassionate LPN Nurse for our Night Shift team serving correctional facilities. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform assessments, respond to urgent medical needs, and support chronic disease management under RN/physician direction. You’ll document in EMRs, follow security and infection-control protocols, and collaborate with custody staff.
