Bethesda Health is seeking a compassionate LPN Rehab Nurse to provide person-centered rehab and post-acute nursing care for seniors in our faith-based, nonprofit community. In this on-site role, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care, administer medications and treatments, support mobility and ADL goals, and closely collaborate with therapists, RNs, and physicians to promote quality outcomes and safe transitions. You’ll build supportive relationships with residents and families, contribute to care planning and documentation, and uphold our mission of dignity, compassion, and respect every day.
