Job Description
Title:LPN/RN Status:Full-Time & PRN Pay Rate:LPN- $32-$38 per hour RN- $42-$48 per hour $3,500 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME CANDIDATES Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care across diverse healthcare settings.The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing practices, with experience in skilled nursing medicine, emergency care, and outpatient services.This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency in medical documentation, patient assessment, and clinical procedures, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients of diverse age and conditions.Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation.Administer medications, injections, and therapies accurately and safely in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes efficiently.Monitor patients' physiological responses and modify care plans as needed to promote recovery and stability.Assist in emergency situations by providing immediate interventions such as airway management or trauma stabilization.Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and department heads.Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality and handling medical records securely.Support infection control protocols and ensure adherence to safety standards within clinical environments.Demonstrate proficiency in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to accurately interpret clinical data and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.Participate in ongoing training and care procedures in geriatric care settings.Qualifications Valid licensure as an LPN or RN with current state certification or registration.Prior experience preferred but we welcome new graduates! Demonstrated expertise in skilled nursing medicine, outpatient rehabilitation, in-facility rehabilitation.Proficiency with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and EHR systems for accurate medical documentation.Strong knowledge of vital signs assessment, anatomy, physiology, and medication administration protocols.Ability to perform venipuncture, injection administration, wound care and other clinical procedures competently.Experience working with diverse patient populations including geriatrics or those requiring infectious disease care.Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required Join our team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered nursing care through professionalism, expertise, and compassion!
