Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing primary and urgent care team in Henderson, Nevada. This position is ideal for a nurse who enjoys a fast-paced clinical environment while delivering high-quality patient-centered care to individuals of all ages. The nurse will work closely with providers and medical staff to support daily clinic operations, patient flow, and urgent care services. Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints Assist providers with examinations and in-office procedures Administer medications, injections, vaccines, and treatments as ordered Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing Document accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) Educate patients regarding medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care Respond to urgent patient needs and maintain efficient patient flow Maintain cleanliness and stocking of exam rooms and clinical areas Follow infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA guidelines Collaborate with providers and front office staff to ensure excellent patient care QualificationsRequired Current Nevada LPN or RN license in good standing BLS certification Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment EMR experience Preferred Previous experience in urgent care, family medicine, internal medicine, or primary care Experience with injections, IVs, blood draws, and triage Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) Work Location: In person
