Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and skilled LPNs and RNs with experience in tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube care to provide one-to-one nursing care in a home setting.This position is ideal for nurses who are confident working independently and providing high-quality care to medically complex patients.Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to clients with tracheostomies and/or ventilator support Perform trach care, suctioning, and airway management Monitor and manage ventilator settings (if applicable) Administer G-tube feedings, medications, and treatments as ordered Monitor vital signs and assess patient condition Accurately document care and report any changes in condition Collaborate with families and care teams to ensure continuity of care Qualifications Active LPN or RN license in Insert State Current CPR/BLS certification Experience with trach, vent, and G-tube care preferred Strong clinical and critical thinking skills Reliable, professional, and compassionate What We Offer Flexible scheduling Competitive pay Supportive clinical team Consistent cases available Join a team that values quality care and supports its nurses.Apply today to learn more about available opportunities.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Per diem, Temporary, Travel nursing Pay:From $33.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
