Job Summary Unity Place is seeking a Senior Case Manager for their addictions intensive outpatient and outpatient programs.The Senior Case Managerwill provide direct care to our co-occurring clientele.This is an important role, as they are in direct, daily contact with the clients.They serve as a supportive person during groups and individual sessions.Some employment functions include:group sessions, individual sessions, case management, and intakes.Clinical Supervision is provided on site by an LCSW/LCADC.Duties:Conduct group counseling sessions Individual Counseling Sessions Complete NJSAMS intakes Case Management Participation in Recovery Court meetings Develop and maintain community relationships Develop and maintain documentation Qualifications & Skills:LAC or LSW with a CADC Previous experience in a medical office setting, behavioral health setting, or clinic is preferred Experience working with mental health, addictions, and co-occurring disorders Strong oral and written communication skills Effective time management and organizational abilities Empathetic, team-oriented, and professional approach Basic computer literacy Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $60,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance License/Certification:LSW/ LAC (Required) CADC/ LCADC (Required) Work Location:In person.
