Duties Perform oil changes and lubrication services efficiently and accurately using hand tools and power tools Conduct tire rotations, replacements, and wheel alignments to optimize vehicle performance Assist with vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and communicate findings to the service team Support automotive diagnostics by helping identify basic mechanical problems under supervision Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including proper disposal of used fluids and parts Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering basic vehicle maintenance questions Assist with additional maintenance tasks such as fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and light repairs as needed Requirements Dealership or automotive repair experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Basic mechanical knowledge with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Previous experience with automotive diagnostics, oil changes, tire service, or alignment work is a plus Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods during shifts Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to follow safety procedures diligently and work effectively within a team environment High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications related to automotive service are advantageous Embark on a rewarding career path where your skills grow daily!
