Barista Grand Casino Hinckley Department: Food and Beverage Lead with Purpose. Serve with Impact. This role blends beverage craftsmanship, speed and accuracy, and strong operational disciplinehelping the coffee venue run smoothly while upholding both Grand Casino service standards and We Proudly Serve Starbucks brand requirements. What You'll Do Guest Experience + Service Excellence Greet guests warmly, professionally, and with genuine hospitality. Take beverage and food orders accurately and efficiently; clarify preferences and answer menu questions with confidence. Prepare Starbucks coffee, tea, espresso beverages, and specialty drinks according to We Proudly Serve Starbucks standards. Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service in a high?volume environment. Receive payments and follow all cash?handling and internal control procedures. Address guest questions and concerns appropriately, escalating issues when needed to ensure guest satisfaction. Product Quality + Operational Execution Follow all Starbucks recipes, beverage specifications, and portion controls. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the coffee bar, equipment, counters, and guest areas. Clean and maintain espresso machines, brewers, and other equipment; report malfunctions promptly. Support inventory control, restocking, rotation, and product dating. Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and state health regulations. Assist with preparation, heating, and finishing of approved food items according to standards.
