Sales Associate — Creel & Gow Garden Creel & Gow Garden is a luxury garden boutique in Millbrook, NY, offering rare and architectural plants, topiaries, vintage garden ornaments, premium furniture, curated gifts, and floristry. The Sales Associate is the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional and personalized customer experience in keeping with the shop’s high aesthetic standards. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist customers in a warm, knowledgeable, and unhurried manner befitting a luxury retail environment • Develop fluency across all product categories — plants, pottery, ornaments, furniture, and gifts — to guide customers with confidence • Process sales transactions accurately via POS • Maintain the visual presentation of the shop floor, nursery, and outdoor retail space to the highest standard • Assist with receiving, tagging, and organizing new inventory • Support floristry and plant care as needed • Contribute to a small, collaborative team where flexibility and initiative are valued Ideal Candidate: • Genuine passion for gardens, plants, decorative arts, or luxury retail • Polished, personable manner with strong customer instincts • Detail-oriented and visually attuned • Comfortable working outdoors in a nursery setting as well as indoors • Enthusiasm for learning the provenance and character of unique, one-of-a-kind pieces Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits Tuition reimbursement Application Question(s): Creel & Gow Garden carries rare plants, vintage ornaments, and curated gifts.
