Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of sales associates and staff to achieve sales goals while maintaining superior customer service standards Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure smooth transactions Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing to maintain an attractive and well-stocked store environment Implement effective marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions, and performance evaluations to build a skilled and motivated team Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent communication skills and phone etiquette Monitor sales performance metrics, manage budgets, and perform retail math to optimize profitability Experience Proven management experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong background in retail sales management, including sales management, pricing strategies, and store management Demonstrated skills in negotiation, recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and team supervision Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping practices Familiarity with marketing initiatives, merchandising techniques, stock control, and retail math principles Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across shift management tasks Join us as a Luxury Manager where your leadership will shape extraordinary shopping experiences.
