Join a Growing Luxury Wellness Brand Inside a Downtown Hotel MEND Massage & Mindbody is operating a boutique massage studio inside a large, well-established hotel in downtown Minneapolis — and we’re building a team of exceptional therapists who take pride in their craft. This is a W-2 employee position inside a luxury hotel environment, designed for therapists who value professionalism, strong earning potential, and being part of something intentional and well-run. What You’ll Be Doing Provide 60, 90, and 120-minute sessions in a luxury hotel setting Deliver advanced therapeutic work including deep tissue, relaxation, couples massage, intraoral TMJ/jaw, facial sculpting, and scalp massage Offer curated add-ons aligned with studio protocols Maintain an exceptional guest experience from intake to close Prepare and reset treatment rooms to high sanitation standards Participate in light shared studio duties (laundry, restocking, guest support) Uphold professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times Who Thrives Here Therapists who are clinically strong and confident in deep tissue Professionals who maintain a polished, sophisticated presence Individuals comfortable working in a luxury spa environment Team players willing to share studio responsibilities Requirements: Active Minnesota Massage Therapy credentials 1+ year experience in spa, hotel, or high-end wellness environment preferred Ability to perform multiple sessions per shift with proper body mechanics Ability to lift 25–50 lbs with or without accommodation Compensation & Benefits Realistic earnings: $79 – $104 per hour Compensation structure 31% commission on services and add-ons 10% commission on retail items sold 100% of tips retained Additional benefits: Paid training & onboarding Company-provided uniform tops Access to hotel's employee cafeteria for meals during shift Growth pathway to Lead Therapist roles Professional, respectful work environment If you’re looking for an opportunity to practice in a luxury setting where your skills are respected and your income reflects your expertise, we would love to meet you.
