Luxury Hair Resident / Salon Support Associate About the Studio: Roxana Elena Hair (REH) is a private, high-end extension studio located in Davie, FL. REH is dedicated to helping ambitious women feel confident and empowered through an elevated, 5-star salon experience. The studio is currently seeking a Luxury Resident who is organized, coachable, and reliable. This is not a traditional assistant role; it is a residency designed for a licensed professional who values structure, high standards, and a fast-paced luxury culture. The Role & Responsibilities: This position is focused on supporting the seamless flow of the studio and maintaining the premium experience REH clients expect. Responsibilities include: Technical Support: Expert shampooing, precision hair extension preparation, and direct "right-hand" assistance during luxury services. Studio Curation: Managing the "invisible details"—salon resets, laundry, backbar organization, and maintaining 5-star presentation standards. Client Hospitality: Ensuring every guest feels cared for through high-level hospitality and professional communication. Brand Support: Assisting with the capture of high-end social media content and "behind-the-scenes" brand storytelling. The Ideal Candidate: Licensed Professional: Must hold a valid Florida Cosmetology License (Mandatory). The "Noticer" Mindset: A natural ability to see what needs to be done before being asked. You take pride in the details. Professional Energy: A calm, polished, and positive presence that fits a private studio environment. Reliability: Consistency is key. You show up ready to move with purpose every single day. *Technical experience in extensions is not required; however, a high level of coachability and a Florida Cosmetology License are mandatory. We will provide the mastery-level training for the candidate who possesses the right drive and attention to detail. Schedule & Compensation: Hours: Wednesday & Friday (Required). Thursday availability is likely needed in the future. Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (starting rate based on experience and professionalism). Growth: This is a long-term growth position. Advanced technical training and pay increases are available as you hit specific performance benchmarks.
