About Us Beverly Glenn, a respected recruiter for two of the largest home health agencies in Southern California, partners with organizations that are dedicated to attracting the most collaborative, selfless, and team-oriented professionals in the region.As part of the Impact Healthcare network, these agencies provide comprehensive Home Healthcare and compassionate end-of-life Hospice Care to 1,500 patients throughout California and Utah.With 11 Medicare-certified agencies spanning 12 locations and backed by a robust support team, Impact Healthcare delivers the strength of a large organization with the personalized touch of a small one.Our commitment is to continuously find, enjoy, and achieve a better way of caring for the communities we serve.About the Position We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our expanding team.As an LVN with one of these premier agencies, you will provide exceptional care and support to patients as they recover from illness or injury.The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to support patients through acute illness recovery, offering direct patient care, educating families, and ensuring that care aligns with each patient's values and unique needs.Responsibilities Patient Care:Provide care in various community settings (e.g., Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, Home, and Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly).Skilled Nursing Visits:Conduct patient visits for procedures such as blood draws, symptom assessments, wound care, etc.Work closely with team members including RNs, social workers, chaplains, home health aides, and volunteers.Complete accurate and timely charting of all visits and patient interactions.Collaborate with RN case managers to ensure cohesive patient care.Qualifications and Skills Graduate from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse program.Possess a current, unrestricted California Licensed Vocational Nursing license and CPR certification.Minimum of 1 year of home health experience is preferred.Ability to pass a required background check.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Solid understanding and practice of infection control guidelines.Adherence to health screening and immunization requirements.Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.Commitment to following professional standards and guidelines.Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute:Culver City, CA 90230 (Required) Work Location:In person.
