Job Description - LVN – Assisted Living Facility Visits (PRN/Contract) We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented LVN to provide nursing oversight services for an assisted living facility serving approximately 5–7 residents in Dallas, TX 75208. This position is ideal for an LVN seeking flexible supplemental hours with experience in assisted living, long-term care, or group home settings. Schedule/Services Needed: 2 visits per month Medication reviews Monthly MARs review Medication compliance review Responsibilities: Conduct medication reviews Review and audit MARs (Medication Administration Records) Monitor medication compliance and documentation Communicate concerns or discrepancies to administration Ensure resident records meet compliance standards Provide nursing oversight and support as needed Qualifications: Active Texas LVN license Experience in assisted living, group homes, or long-term care preferred Knowledge of MAR documentation and medication compliance Strong organizational and communication skills Reliable transportation Pay: $22.79 - $29.00 per hour Work Location: In person
