LVN Nurse

Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a compassionate LVN Nurse to deliver quality healthcare services within correctional facilities. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform assessments, support chronic disease management, assist with emergencies, and document care in compliance with state and facility regulations.
