SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC seeks a compassionate LVN Nurse to provide direct patient care in correctional facilities within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. Responsibilities include medication administration, basic assessments, triage, wound care, chronic disease management, and accurate documentation while following state and facility regulations. The LVN collaborates with RNs, providers, and custody staff to ensure safe, quality care for incarcerated individuals.
