About The Job PRN Lymphedema-Certified Therapist (PT/OT/COTA/PTA) Pay Range: $50-$60/hour (PRN, based on discipline & experience) Location: Chester County (see lymphtherapeutics.com for clinic info) Schedule: PRN - flexible hours, primarily weekday availability with occasional early evening needs About Us The client is an occupational therapist-owned outpatient practice specializing in the conservative management of lymphatic and venous disorders. Our care model integrates Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) , including manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), compression therapy, and functional rehabilitation to support long-term wellness. We empower patients through education and movement strategies to reduce swelling, prevent complications, and maximize independence. Position Overview We are seeking a PRN lymphedema-certified PT, OT, COTA, or PTA to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will: Provide skilled CDT interventions, including MLD, compression bandaging, skin care education, and decongestive exercise Deliver discipline-specific interventions (therapeutic exercise, functional training, mobility, strengthening, ADL retraining) Develop individualized treatment plans to promote lymphatic flow and functional independence Educate patients and caregivers on self-management, garment use, and home programming Monitor progress, reassess patient needs, and adjust treatment accordingly Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary team members Maintain timely and accurate documentation What We're Looking For Licensed PT, OT, PTA, or COTA in Pennsylvania Lymphedema certification required (CLT or equivalent) Strong clinical skills in manual therapy, exercise progression, and patient education Experience or interest in treating lymphedema, lipedema, and chronic venous insufficiency Compassionate, patient-centered approach Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting PRN availability for 1-2 patient care days per week, with potential for growth Why Join us?
