M&A Accounting Manager

Role: Technical Accounting Manager (Business Transformation) About the Team Join a fast-growing digital/technology platform backed by a global portfolio of online businesses, focused on innovation and scalable growth. What You’ll Do: Lead accounting activities for acquisitions, from due diligence through integration Prepare opening balance sheets and purchase accounting entries Review financials for accuracy and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS Partner cross-functionally on tax, audit, and valuation requirements Build and enhance internal controls and accounting processes Oversee monthly close, reporting packages, and reconciliations Mentor junior accountants and support ad hoc finance projects Core Tech & Skills: M&A accounting and purchase price allocation Financial reporting & month-end close Advanced Excel and data analysis Revenue recognition, leases, and accruals Financial statement preparation Nice to Have: Experience with ERP implementations Exposure to global or multi-entity environments Forecasting and financial modeling Why It’s Great: Strong exposure to M&A and executive stakeholders Flexible, remote-first culture with growth opportunities
