We're hosting walk-in interviews for qualified candidates.Date:May 14thTime:1:00 PM - 3:00 PMLocation:1400 East O'Neal Street, Centerville While candidates may apply for a specific position, final role placement is determined by the team based on business needs, skills, and overall fit.Applying does not guarantee assignment to a specific role.Schedule: 12-hour, 2-2-3 Straight Nights, 7:30pm-7:30am and 8:00pm-8:00am Work 3 to 4 nights per week on regularly scheduled shift Must be able to have the flexibility to train on day shift 12 hour night shift schedule includes 8 hours of overtime pay every 2 weeks Additional overtime available Compensation & Benefits:Value, Recognized We reward great work with: Pay: $20.50/hour $1.00/night shift premium increases at 3months and 1year 401(k): Profit sharing Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, disability, and life insurance coverage starting day one Work Setting:clean, food safe, climate controlled indoor manufacturing facility $145 annual allowance for safety shoes, free prescription safety glasses Job Description:Possibility Unpacked What you'll do: Assist Press Operator with setup, operation, and changeovers of flexographic presses Wash print heads and manage inks, solvents, and press supplies Load, splice, and change film rolls (unwind/rewind) during production Support print quality and color control using spectrodensitometer and computer systems Operate Corotec Treater to meet production requirements Perform general cleanup of press area and transport finished product with proper documentation Enter required transactions in SAP Relieve Press Operator for breaks and meals Follow all safety, quality, GMP, ISO, and Food Safety standards Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Working Group Leader What we want from you:Lead the Pack Preferred Qualifications: Good work history Able to read and speak English Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler Willing to work Sundays, occasional mandatory overtime, and holidays Reliable attendance Must not be sensitive to inks, solvents or powder Display average coordination with both hands on a continuous basis while performing job task.Perform elevated work on an occasional basis when handling products..Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.and exert up to 50 lbs.of pressure.Must be able to generate up to 10 lbs.of pinch strength on a rare basis with each hand while performing job task Must be able to stand for at least 12 hours Stoop, kneel or squat on a rare basis when handling products Reach forward and to the side on a frequent basis when handling products Climb steps Able to perform repetitive tasks up to 12 hours Why Amcor?
