What You Will Do: Join our Fabrication Team as a Machine Operator! You'll handle moderate machine setups and optimize machine parameters/inputs in your work centers with limited oversight. Your assignments will be moderately complex, requiring judgment in resolving issues and making routine suggestions. This is a full-time position and standard hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities: Perform basic machine setups and routine preventive maintenance. Operate and set up manufacturing processes, optimizing parameters and inputs. Conduct basic troubleshooting of production tools, tooling, and test equipment. Manage inventory and enter data. Read and work from drawings, blueprints, and shop paperwork. Communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team. Cross-train to enable movement between work centers. May Perform: Shelf life and calibration tasks. Training to progressing employees. Preferred Education and Experience: At least two years of experience working in a production environment The ability to follow written and verbal instructions A strong regard for safety of yourself and your team members Possess good hand/eye coordination; attention to detail Basic computer and math knowledge Ability to work and communicate in a team atmosphere A cooperative, eager to learn attitude Availability to work overtime as needed to support customer demand Experience with thermal sets Experience with plastics Previous painting experience Physical Requirements: Lift, carry, push and or pull 1-50 lbs frequently.
