Job Description
Responsibilities:Review production orders to determine proper machine setup and required materials for each job Verify, request, and stage correct raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production flow Operate a range of production equipment including liquid filling machines, automatic cappers, labeling systems, and heat sealers Continuously monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal efficiency and output Perform basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve minor equipment malfunctions Maintain production targets by sustaining line speed and minimizing equipment downtime Qualifications:1 -3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety guidelines, work instructions, and technical procedures Basic math proficiency, including unit conversions (grams, pounds, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail Ability to complete production reports and maintain accurate records and documentation Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow instructions in multiple formats Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed Commitment to safety standards, product quality, and confidentiality requirements Strong work ethic and adherence to company policies and procedures Pay:$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
