Machine Operator (1st Shift) - Worcester, MA We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in Worcester, MA.This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for long-term employment based on performance and attendance.Schedule 1st Shift:7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday through Friday Pay Starting at $17.50 per hour Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment Load raw materials and unload finished products Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Accurately complete production and quality documentation Qualifications Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs #IND3.
