Machine Operator

Express Employment is working with a local manufacturing company looking to add an experienced Machine Operators to their team! As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating a variety of production machinery to manufacture high-quality finished products in a safe and efficient manner.Duties & Responsibilities Follow all company and departmental safety policies, including wearing required PPE, adhering to machine safety procedures, using proper lifting techniques, and promptly reporting unsafe conditions to site leadership.Adhere to all documented work instructions, quality standards, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Read, understand, and apply information from work instructions, engineering drawings, machine manuals, and inspection checklists during the manufacturing process.Perform other tasks as assigned.Skills & Qualifications High School diploma or GED required Demonstrated ability to work safely with mechanical equipment Manufacturing experience (1 year preferred) Lean manufacturing experience (1 year preferred) Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements Pay Range based on experience $18-21/hr Interested candidates are asked to apply directly to this post Job Type:Full-time Pay:$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
