Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to join our team on the 1st shift. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in our production process by operating various types of machinery in accordance with company standards to ensure efficient production. Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and identify any malfunctions or abnormalities. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to maintain optimal performance. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Troubleshoot issues that arise during production and make necessary adjustments or repairs. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Requirements: Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and instructions. Basic understanding of mechanical systems and machinery. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required. High school diploma or equivalent.
