Key Responsibilities: This includes tasks like loading and unloading materials, feeding materials into machines, and assisting with machine setup according to specifications. Quality Control: Monitoring machine output, inspecting products for defects, and ensuring they meet quality standards. Material Handling: Moving materials and products around the work area, using equipment like forklifts or hand trucks. Routine Maintenance: Helping with basic machine maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. Troubleshooting: Assisting the machine operator in identifying and resolving issues with the machinery. Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Documentation: Recording production data, machine malfunctions, and maintenance activities. Teamwork and Communication: Collaborating with other team members, communicating effectively with supervisors, and participating in training and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills and Qualifications Mechanical aptitude: Understanding basic mechanical concepts and the ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues.
