Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery Directional Drill and excavators efficiently and safely.Your expertise in machine operation, mechanical knowledge, and precision measurement will contribute significantly to our manufacturing processes.This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and develop your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Responsibilities Set up and Operate Directional Drills, Excavators and CDL Trucks Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings.Conduct routine inspections of equipment Perform materials handling tasks including forklift operation for loading/unloading Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular equipment inspections.Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless production flow and meet daily production targets.Qualifications Proven experience operating Directional Drills, Excavators, and CDL Trucks Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance; capable of troubleshooting equipment issues efficiently.Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.Join us if you're eager to advance your career in construction by working with cutting-edge equipment while ensuring top-tier product quality!
