Job Description
Job Title:Bottling Technician Shift:5:20 PM - 5:30 AM (2-2-3 pattern)Pay: $24/hr (based on experience, with growth opportunities) Key Responsibilities:Operate bottling line equipment (filler, capper, case packing, decasing) Perform troubleshooting, equipment changeovers, quality checks, and basic maintenance Ensure compliance with safety, quality, food safety, and environmental standards Maintain clean and safe work environment; report hazards and incidents promptly Meet daily production targets while maintaining high product quality Complete inspections, documentation, and record-keeping accurately Support and guide temporary staff on safety and operations Identify process improvements and reduce waste while maintaining quality Requirements:High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and teamwork skills Good communication and ability to operate industrial equipment Preferred:Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments Ability to work across teams and organizational levels Job Type:Full-time Pay:$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Application Question(s):Can you explain your experience with bottling or production line equipment?
