Machine quality control inspector

Quality Control Roll Inspector (Temp-to-Hire) Location: Concord, NH Compensation: $25.00+ per hour (DOE) Are you detail-oriented with a keen eye for precision? We are looking for a Quality Control Roll Inspector to serve as the final line of defense for our product integrity. In this role, you aren't just checking boxes-you're ensuring that every component leaving our facility meets the highest standards of excellence. Choose Your Shift 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Note: Training for all new hires occurs on the 1st Shift before transitioning to your permanent schedule. The Role: Final Authority on Quality As the final set of eyes on our products, you will be responsible for verifying the craftsmanship of both in-house builds and vendor-supplied parts. Your Primary Responsibilities Precision Inspection: Evaluate machined components and assemblies to ensure they meet strict specifications. Quality Documentation: Maintain accurate ISO records and lead internal quality audits to keep us compliant. Shipping Approval: Provide the final "stamp of approval" for all outgoing shipments. Team Collaboration: Partner with production teams and keep management informed of any quality trends or concerns. What You Bring to the Table Experience: At least 2 years in a manufacturing/mechanical environment OR 2 years of formal technical training. Technical Savvy: strong mechanical aptitude and a working knowledge of quality management systems (specifically ISO standards). Physical Stamina: Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of your shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
