Job Description
Responsibilities:Performing first-article, in-process, and final inspections of machined components Using precision measuring instruments such micrometers, calipers, height gauges, CMM.Verify dimensional accuracy, surface finish using engineering drawings and specifications.Interpret blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and work instructions Document and maintain inspection results following company quality management systems (ISO 9001 / AS9100).Identify and report non-conformances Assist in root cause analysis, and participating in corrective/preventive action processes.Maintain calibration of inspection tools and ensure all measuring devices are in proper working condition.Qualifications Previous experience in precision machining inspection Experience with CMM programming - Keyence XM-5000 Experience in using precision measurement instruments Understanding of engineering drawings, tolerance and GD&T Familiar with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality system is a plus Computer experience ability to document data entry and generate reports Experience with basic shop math Hours are:Monday through Friday - 7am to 3:30pm The pay is up to $30.00 an hour based on experience Pay:Up to $30.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
