Job Key Responsibilities High school diploma or GED (Technical certification preferred) components such as motors, gearboxes, bearings, and control systems Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential failures before breakdown occurs Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and external vendors for complex repairs and upgrades Ensure compliance with safety standards, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and PPE usage Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in machine repair, industrial maintenance, or mechanical/electrical troubleshooting Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, industrial equipment, and automation systems Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems (motors, control panels, wiring) and mechanical components Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Familiarity with tools such as multimeters, calipers, micrometers, and diagnostic equipment High school diploma or GED (Technical certification preferred)
