They coach and mentor other machinists and perform advanced machining for more complex and/or customized products. Measures of success: Achieve the production plan as defined in the annual budget Maintains inventory accuracy and performs cycle counts as defined in the branch's annual objectives 100% compliance with Hydroflo's safety requirements No machine parts related customer complaints Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operates machine tools to include but not limited to lathes, milling machines, grinders, pipe threaders, hydraulic presses, drill presses, settling torches, plasma cutters, and welders in accordance with training and safety procedures. Creates component parts from base metals by applying advanced knowledge of machining methods.
