Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machinist/Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and program CNC machinery, interpret technical drawings. Duties Read and interpret CAD and Solidworks drawings Setup, program and operate older Fadal (VNX3016L) Haas VF-4 machines as well as a manual lathe for short run production parts. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to verify dimensions Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tooling and hand tools are properly stored and maintained Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime Ability to use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines Mechanical aptitude with basic math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
