Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in vacation rentals. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Housekeeper will ensure that all areas are sanitized, organized, and welcoming for guests. This position is for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday shifts. Duties Perform vacation rental cleaning tasks including making beds, dusting, dishes, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed on site, ensuring they are clean and well-presented. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in residential, commercial, or vacation rental cleaning preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality standards in cleanliness. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Good communication skills to interact positively with clients or guests. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
