We make sure agencies have the resources they need—financial, human, and technological—to serve communities across the state. We’re looking for a motivated, solutions‑driven leader to supervise our Mail & Delivery Unit. This team handles federal mail, secure document delivery, shipping/receiving, route coordination, and customer support for dozens of state agencies throughout the Willamette Valley. What You’ll Do As the Mail & Delivery Unit Supervisor, you’ll: Oversee route coordination, equipment upkeep, vehicle management, and operational performance metrics. Plan, assign, and adjust daily workflows to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate your team while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment. Build strong working relationships with customer agencies and respond to service needs with professionalism and clarity. Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and audit requirements for handling confidential and secure materials. Manage quality control, billing, and program reporting processes. What We Are Looking For Minimum Qualifications: Four years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience; OR One year of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience must include coordinating high volume operational, logistics, mail service, warehouse, delivery, or similar service environments.
