Mail Operations Associate

What you'll do Receive & log incoming mail/packages for our DC address Scan envelopes into the virtual-mailbox dashboard and alert customers Forward, hold, or shred items per client instructions; prep shipping labels Verify new customers' PS 1583 IDs and keep audit files tidy for USPS inspections Maintain a clean, secure mailroom and lift up to 40 lbs when needed Coordinate with our remote Ops team via Slack and ticketing tools What you'll bring Rock-solid reliability and eye for detail (mail mistakes cost money) Basic computer chops (iPad scanner, web apps) Clear background check & strong work references Bonus points:USPS/CMRA, coworking, or shipping-store experience; notary license; customer-service skills Why you'll like it Ultra-light schedule that still offers a path to full-time growth Join a nationwide brand that's expanding quickly (lots of upward mobility) Hands-on role where your efficiency directly improves client experience Job Type:Part-time Pay:$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
