Job Description
Mail Room Clerk We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mail Room Clerk to join our client's team in Mesa, AZ on a contract to hire basis. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and interoffice communications. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping operations organized, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages Prepare outgoing mail, including postage and shipping labels Maintain accurate records of deliveries and shipments Coordinate with courier services and internal departments Monitor and replenish mailroom supplies Assist with filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks as needed Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a mailroom or administrative support role preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to stay on your feet for the majority of the work day.
